After much anticipation, construction of our Clifton Street Residence is finally underway. This exciting project, located in the heart of Richmond, is one of several period restoration projects we are currently working on. The design proposal takes full advantage of the sloping site, with city views visible from three sides.
The first of two B.E projects in Balnarring, Victoria has recently begun construction. Director Jon Boucher and Architect Hedya Ahronov Nuri have been working closely with Basis Builders on this project as the initial stages commence and construction gains momentum.
Behind a tall fence and construction barriers, construction is well underway on the Malvern Road Residence in Toorak. The restoration of the beautiful period home will include the addition of an extension to the house, which is to be built from Bluestone which will sit quietly with the earthy, pressed red bricks that were discovered under layers of black paint while the building was being stripped back.
After 12 months of design, documentation, and planning, B.E Architecture is extremely excited for the Church Street Residence to enter the initial stages of construction. Location is the focus at the Point Nepean Residence. The house is starting to take shape just adjacent to the Portsea pier with one of the most picturesque construction sites we have had the privilege to work on. While just the bones of the project are currently in place, the views from the upper level are an indicator of this to come.
Our residential project on St Vincents Place, Albert Park is nearing completion after monumental inputs from all trades and consultants involved. Set behind its original façade the new building is both a respectful interpretation of the original and a large new addition complete with underground pool.

We are thrilled that work has now commenced onsite for two new homes at Studley Avenue Residence and Burnie Street Residence. This marks our first – and second – project with Visioneer Builders, a construction group recognised for their high quality buildings.
We are already working with their team to produce unique new designs and finishes and are looking forward to the development of fine architectural detailing and finishing that will result from this new collaboration.
