Our clients have recently moved in at Kooyongkoot Road Residence, a new, three-level family home in Hawthorn. This project shows that one-off designs can be brought in on time and on budget when a client, architect, and builder (PRM) all work hard together from start to finish.

“Designed around two major north-facing terraces, Kooyongkoot is very efficient plan that maximises site lines and visual connections with gardens. The two large living zones on the ground level are great examples of the need to create spaces that link to nature within a densely built urban context.
The palette closely follows the clients’ very specific brief and we are pleased to see them enjoy the house now that it is finished.”
