The first of two B.E projects in Balnarring, Victoria has recently begun construction. Director Jon Boucher and Architect Hedya Ahronov Nuri have been working closely with Basis Builders on this project as the initial stages commence and construction gains momentum.
The residence has been designed for the client and their family and is the second home we have had the pleasure of designing for this couple. The house will comprise of three forms that are oriented around a protected central, atrium style courtyard, while the two glazed faces of the house create framed views of Balnarring beach.
The house itself is clad in Rhine zinc panels of varying sizes in a soft, natural sage colour that was selected to sit quietly among the coastal planting on the foreshore of Balnarring Beach.
