We have been commissioned to design two houses for one of our clients on a property in Brighton. With one being to keep and one to sell, each house is being designed with its own language and special feel. One is veiled behind a façade of operable timber shutters and the other is more solid and made from stone.
B.E Architecture often approaches multi-residential projects to create a feeling of separation by giving each a distinct identity.
Privacy is always a key consideration and both properties provide separate outdoor living spaces that allow each to be occupied comfortably, just as an individual house would have. We believe it is important to carefully consider increased density without sacrificing quality living.
The design is well underway and one house will be an attractive, bespoke property offering in Brighton in the near future.
