B.E. Architecture is an award-winning architect providing services in Point Piper, renowned for bespoke residential architecture and luxury home design. To better serve our Point Piper and Sydney clients, we established our Byron Bay studio to assist in the design and delivery of luxury residential architecture. From this studio, our Sydney architectural projects are led by Associate Director Tim Carrington, a long-term local resident who has been with B.E. Architecture for over ten years and brings deep regional insight to every project.
As an experienced Point Piper architect, we offer extensive knowledge of local planning regulations, council approval processes, builders, and specialist consultants. Our long-standing relationships within the Sydney building industry has been instrumental in the successful delivery of many of our most recognised residential projects—several of which have become architectural landmarks in the region.
